Discover the power and potential of meditation to become our greatest healer. In this day course, we will explore how Buddha explained that we all have within us, the potential to deeply heal and become increasingly free of, mental and physical pain, and to find deep and lasting peace of mind and genuine happiness within ourselves.
We will explore how meditation has proven effective for centuries in helping anyone to connect to, and fully actualise this inner potential, and accomplish a deep inner healing and joy in their lives.
On this day course you will be introduced to meditations that can restore the harmony within your body as well as more profound meditations that heal your body and mind of negativity. This course will include talks and guided meditations.
Do I need to bring anything or wear anything special?
No. All sessions will take place on chairs but there are optional cushions if you prefer to sit cross-legged. You don’t need to bring anything else with you, but some people like to take notes during the session, so feel free to bring a paper and pen.
What if I’m new to this?
Everyone is welcome to participate in this course and will benefit both new and experienced people alike. Our reception staff will happily recommend some follow on reading or classes after the course if you are interested.
