Classes start with a 15-minute breathing meditation, designed to settle the mind and let go of distractions, in order to get the most out of the session.
The middle of the class consists of practical teachings on how to begin and make progress in meditation. Each week is self-contained but the topics covered will vary each week exploring a variety of meditations that can be reproduced at home.
The final meditation will last around 15-20 minutes and vary depending on the focus for the week. This will help us to improve our practical experience of meditation and enable us to carry the insights we gain into our daily life with mindfulness.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions at the end.
