Healing, Craving & Addiction | Saturday 1 July, 10am-1pm with Buddhist Teacher Jan Jemson

Buddha referred to our world as the “unforgetting world” because we never forget objects of attachment. This mental stickiness or uncontrolled desire serves only to bind us to a destructive cycle that causes mental pain

This course we will explore the habitual thought patterns that function to induce craving and reveal practical wisdom and meditations that help us let go of addictive behavior and find true satisfaction and fulfilment in our lives.

A practical workshop that is not to be missed.

No previous experience necessary.  Everyone welcome.
