7th November – Introduction to Meditation
This class will explore the what, why and how of meditation practice – a great introduction for those who are new to the practice or a helpful reminder for the more experienced.
14th November – Overcoming Stress & Frustration
Meditation can be used as an effective way to let go of tension in the mind and body, teaching us to channel our thoughts in a more constructive direction. We will use a special form of breathing meditation combined with visualisation to help us let go of what is obstructing our peace.
21st November – Combining Breath with Mantra
Learn an ancient technique of combining our breathing with the mantra “OM AH HUM”. This is a powerful and effective way to improve our concentration, receive inspiration and transform our mind in a way that cannot be accomplished through simple breathing meditation alone.
28th November – Making the Most of Every Breath
This class will explore how we can combine our breathing with the profound meditations of taking and giving through which we can enhance our love and compassion.
