What to expect:
These classes are open to everyone. They start with a welcome and guided breathing meditation to settle the mind, this usually lasts around 20 minutes.
Then there is an inspiring talk exploring practical methods derived from Buddha’s teachings to improve our daily happiness, solve our internal problems and move towards lasting peace of mind. The teacings are very practical in nature, drawing from everyday examples and showing how we can remain mindful of the insights we gain during the course of our daily life.
The class concludes with a second meditation, based on the ideas raised and some take away advice on how to implement the teaching into our day.
Classes run following a four-week series but can also be attended on a drop-in basis at any time as each class is also self-contained. See below for class details and block booking.
