Kadampa Meditation Centre London’s city meditation centre offers a quiet haven in the heart of Kensington where people from all walks of life come to taste the peace of meditation, discover the practical solutions to life problems that can be found in Buddha’s teachings and meet with like minded people.

We offer a wide range of classes and courses to suit every level, have a gift shop with a range of books and meditation aids as well as friendly volunteers on hand to answer any questions you may have.

The centre is a registered charity and is open to the public 6 days a week.
