The teachings will be based on The New Meditation Handbook, which is the perfect companion for those attending the classes. Each week is self-contained but runs according to the cycle of 21 meditations.
The class contains 2 guided meditations, a short talk introducing to object for contemplation and advice on how to carry the instruction into our daily life.
This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
If we train in meditation our mind will gradually become more and more peaceful and we shall experience purer and purer forms of happiness. Eventually we shall able to stay happy all the time,even in the most difficult circumstances.
